🐾 Step 1: Application & Approval

We invite you to begin by completing our online application.

Once submitted, we thoughtfully review each application and will send our Litter Selection List Overview & Agreement via DocuSign. This document provides a detailed look into our process and what you can expect when reserving a Taylormade puppy. After it has been reviewed and signed, we will schedule a phone consultation to connect with you personally and ensure the very best fit for both you and our puppies.

Upon approval, a $500 non-refundable administrative fee is required to join our selection list. This fee reflects the time, care, and expertise we dedicate to reviewing applications and intentionally matching each family with the right puppy.

*Kindly note that placement on our selection list is confirmed only after all steps have been completed—signed agreement, phone consultation, and confirmed receipt of the administrative fee.

🐾 Step 2: Puppy Selection

Puppy Selection takes place when the puppies are approximately 5–6 weeks of age.

Prior to selection day, families on the Litter Selection List will receive access to a private Google album featuring photos, videos, temperament testing results, and detailed assessment notes. These resources are thoughtfully provided to help guide you in selecting the puppy that best fits your family, lifestyle, and preferences.

Selections are made during your scheduled puppy selection appointment time and are conducted in the order that families have completed the application process and secured their placement on the selection list.

Please note that we are unable to hold or reserve a specific puppy without an active reservation in place.

We are here to guide and support you throughout the selection process to help ensure a confident and well-matched decision.

🐾 Step 3: Puppy Go-Home Preparation & Pick-Up

Once your puppy has been selected, we will begin guiding you through the process of preparing for your new family member’s arrival.

You will receive a detailed email containing everything you need to feel confident and ready, including preparation checklists, recommended shopping lists, feeding and training guidance, daily schedule suggestions, and travel information.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition as you welcome your puppy home.

We are located approximately one hour south of Salt Lake City Airport and about 30 minutes south of Provo Airport. Many families choose to fly in or drive to pick up their puppy in person.

If traveling is not an option, we are happy to coordinate with trusted flight nannies we work with who can safely deliver your puppy to you for an additional fee.

We only sell puppies in the US not including Hawaii.
