If yes, will the puppy be able to be let out mid-day for a potty break and exercise? (Puppies eat 3 times a day for the first 6 months. The rule of thumb for how long a puppy can hold it in the crate - during the day is their age in months. So at 8 weeks, 2 months old, they can be in the crate 2 hours. At 12 weeks, 3 months old, 3 hours.)
Will you continue the crate training we have started?

Are you aware of the dangers of over-vaccinating and medicating your dog, even if your vet recommends it? You are your dog's advocate, please be informed about all vaccines and medications for your dog. We can help!
Are you aware of the dangers of spaying and neutering your dog before 1-year-old?

At Taylormade, we require the puppy/dog be returned to us - at any age - if you are unable to care for the dog. Our goal here is to keep any Taylormade dog from being in a shelter, rescue or anywhere he/she's not wanted. We will work with you if you have the perfect home. We want to know if the dog has been re-homed so the new owner knows we will always take them back and rehome if needed - at any age. We loveingly accept returns on surrender basis at no charge, owner will be responsible for any cost of transporting back to our kennel. Also, We may have people who are looking for a dog and will cover the transportation cost for you. Do you agree to notify Taylormade first if you can no longer keep your dog?
