Hello Taylormade Puppy Families! 🐶
We base our foundational puppy training on the renowned Baxter and Bella online training program. Here is an overview of what your puppy has been working on before coming home to you!

- Daily Goal: 1–2 new activities every single day.
- Critical Window: Crucial during the first 12 weeks of life.
- Positive Exposure: Introductions to new animals, people, sounds, car rides, and places.
- Body Handling: Gentle touching of paws, ears, and belly to socialize handling.
2. Potty Training
- Schedule: Out every 2–3 hours throughout the day, before bed, and first thing in the morning.
- Overnight Holds: Rewarded with treats for keeping a clean sleeping space.
- Positive Rewards: Rewarded immediately for going in designated potty areas.
- Redirects: Accidents corrected gently with a hand clap and immediate redirection.
💡 Note: Your puppy will need to learn the designated potty spots in their new environment. Expect a brief learning curve during transition!
