Star and Sullivan had a beautiful litter of 8 puppies 3 females and 5 males!

When I was 17 years-old I was able to get a Golden Retriever to train to be a service dog through the Kansas Specialty Dog Service. Families are needed to raise and train service dogs for the 1st year of their life, and I being the dog person that I am, begged my parents to allow me to participate. I learned so much and that experience helps me today with our own breeding program. My Service Golden Retriever's name was Brie and all of the puppies were named after cheeses, so this litter 20 years later is dedicated to Brie Cheese and her siblings!

Introducing our Cheese litter! They are one week old and their eyes and ears are currently closed and they rely on their keen sense of smell at this age. The puppies will begin to open their eyes at 10-14 days old. They began their early neurological Stimulation at 3 days old. We know these puppies will be a family member for many happy years so we work very hard to give them the best start. Our vet examined the puppies and removed all of their dew claws and said "they look fabulous and are all perfect!"

Meet Havarti! Havarti is a cream colored male and he was born at 12:40 am on 4/14/2017 his birth weight was 15 oz. Havarti currently weighs 1 lb. 8 oz.

Next we have Cheddar! Cheddar is a red male born at 2:25 am 4/14/2017 his birth weight was 15 oz and he currently weighs 1 lb. 6.1 oz.

Our 3rd puppy is Stilton. Stilton is a golden male born at 2:32 am 4/14/2017 his birth weight was 15 oz and he currently weighs 1 lb. 7.9 oz.

Our 4th puppy is Cooper. Cooper is a white with golden spots. A male born at 2:50 am 4/14/2017 his birth weight was 15.9 oz and he currently weighs 1 lb. 7.3 oz.

Our first female in this litter is Aisy! Aisy is golden colored, she was born at 3:15 am 4/14/2017 his birth weight was 15 oz and currently weighs 1 lb. 5 oz.
